Can I access my belongings once they are taken away?
Yes, simply call our customer service number 1-877-4-1-TODAY to make arrangements.
How much weight can I store in a unit?
You are permitted to store up to 3000 pounds in each unit. (about the weight of a small car).
How much advance notice do you need to deliver a unit to me?
It is good to plan 7 days in advance for delivery, but in many cases we can have a unit to you within 24 hours.
Are my belongings insured when they are in a storage unit?
You must insure your belongings while they are in mini storage. Check with your insurance provider to ensure coverage.
Can I keep the portable mini storage unit at my location?
Yes, but local restrictions may apply.
What are your units made of?
Units are wood framed and sheathed (similar to stick built homes) and have steel panels on the exterior for durability
How big are your doors?
Our doors are approximately 6 foot wide x 6 foot 5 inches tall.
Are your doors easy to operate?
Our doors are spring assisted to make lifting them easy. In most cases, they can be lifted with two fingers.
