I had my portable unit delivered today and I’d like to let you know how it went. Brian was prompt, he was actually 15 minutes early, and that was fine. He was very informative, answering all of my questions. He placed the portable storage unit right where I wanted it and when I was concerned about the cabinet delivery people possibly having a hard time getting through my driveway, he walked through the area simulating them carrying the cabinets and helped me to decide where in my yard to move it. He was also helpful, polite and didn’t even complain when I took pictures of the process to document every part of my kitchen remodel. As you can tell, I was very happy. Thank you for Brian. He is a great asset to your company. I was shocked when he told me that he has been working with American Portable since December. I thought it had been longer than that, he was a Pro!! The two ladies that helped me when I called to order my portable storage unit were just as great as Brian. I am a firm believer that a company is only as good as their employees, and yours are stellar. Thank you very much.
